How shipping works for a seller

Find buyers all over Russia and send goods for delivery at Boxberry branches to sell quickly and without risk.

Step 1

As soon as the buyer selects and pays for your goods, you will receive a notification of payment and an electronic invoice number (you will need the number when sending the goods to the recipient's city).

Step 2

Calculate shipping costs using the calculator on the Boxberry website or mobile app.

Step 3

Bring the item to a Boxberry branch that accepts individual shipments. You must have your passport with you.

How to find the right branch?

• Using a card on the Boxberry website. Use the "Send parcel" filter. Only those branches in which you can make a shipment will remain on the map
• Using the Boxberry mobile app. It is enough to select the "Departments" tab and use the "Sending a parcel" filter.

Step 4

Pass the packaged parcel to the branch operator and name the number of the electronic invoice. You can use your own packaging or get branded packaging from a Boxberry branch for free.

Step 5

Track the departure path in the mobile application or in your personal account. As soon as the package is delivered to the recipient, you will receive an SMS notification about this.

How does delivery work for the buyer

• Select a product on the site "mym.ge".
• Place an order and select a pickup point
• Pay for the order. For the period of the transaction, the payment amount is blocked.
• Track the path of the parcel in your personal account or in the Boxberry mobile application. As soon as the parcel is delivered to your city, you will receive a notification about it.
• Upon receipt of the package, check its contents. If the product does not suit you, you can immediately send it back to the seller.

How to receive a parcel at a Boxberry branch

• To receive an order, you must have your passport with you.
• You can check your order at a Boxberry branch within 15 minutes.
• Carefully inspect the product and packaging. If you notice damage or the product does not suit you, you can refuse the order.
• If you are not ready to accept the goods, go to the service employee: he will help you draw up a refusal certificate.
• Remember that when issuing your shipment, the employees of the Boxberry pick-up point do not check the operability of the goods, do not plug the goods into the electrical network, do not advise on the technical properties and principles of operation of the goods
